​The first advert is aimed at landlords extolling the virtues of a  multi-sensor alarm which has two separate sensors – smoke and heat – this means that it responds to all types of fire from fast flaming through to slow smouldering.

The second ​is aimed at owners of listed buildings where there are building restrictions - the solution offered is wireless interlinking of the smoke alarms.
